The Diablo Robust Handlebars have a design inspired by the “ape hanger” that appeared in the 70's. But their upper lines refer to horns and incorporate a diabolical style to the look. In short, it is a taller handlebar that also offers a lot of comfort for riding and guarantees personality and striking presence. The ideal height (added to the risers) is at most in line with the rider's shoulders, thus providing greater prominence for the bike and of course, leaving you in evidence wherever you go.
The handlebar is equipped with holes for the internal passage of electrical cables and has a fitting for an electronic throttle.
Welding
The TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding process is used in welding and is widely used in the aerospace industry due to its significant advantages. One of the main advantages of the TIG process is its ability to offer high strength in welded joints. Furthermore, the TIG process is known for providing excellent finishing quality. The resulting weld is clean, uniform and aesthetically pleasing. The TIG process offers safety in severe conditions of use and allows greater precision and control in the process.
Paint Finish
During the painting process, we perform a detailed pre-treatment to remove impurities, ensuring optimal adhesion. We use the polyester electrostatic paint technology from the Politherm 26 family, providing excellent adhesion, flexibility, and high physical and chemical resistance. This paint is weather-resistant, preventing yellowing over time, ensuring a long-lasting finish on the handlebar. In addition to the aesthetic benefits, the process is more sustainable, as it does not use volatile chemical solvents, minimizing negative environmental impacts in the painting process.
Riser
We highlight that our handlebars are meticulously manufactured to suit the riser diameter you choose at the time of purchase. If you have the original factory riser, just select the Factory Standard option. It is not possible to make changes after production begins, therefore, we recommend paying attention when selecting the measurement option for your riser.
