Product Warranty Policy
WINGS CUSTOM assures the consumer of the purchased product a legal warranty of 6 (six) months from the date of issuance of the Factory Invoice. This warranty is counted regardless of the product installation date, and it shall apply under the following conditions:
- Any manufacturing defects in parts or materials that may cause product malfunction must be immediately reported to WINGS CUSTOM upon receipt;
- All products, regardless of the cause of damage, must be sent to the Wings Custom factory where they will remain for up to 10 (ten) days for verification of the defect's cause and correction if the reason is covered by the warranty.
- Products that have been poorly transported, stored, or handled; used in conditions different from those offered; employed in aggressive environments; installed without following the recommendations contained in the Installation Manual; will have their "Contractual" warranty expired;
- The "Contractual" warranty does not cover the following causes of defects: falls; fire; misuse; wear due to abrasion or corrosion; and modifications to the product;
- With the exception of components subject to natural wear and tear due to use, such as cables in general. These are covered only by the legal 90-day warranty for defects or assembly.
- Repair or replacement of parts during the warranty period will not extend the original warranty period. Additionally, any part replaced under warranty becomes the property of Wings Custom;
- This warranty is limited to the supplied product, and Wings Custom is not responsible for damages to persons, third parties, other equipment or installations, loss of profits, or any other direct or consequential damages.
IMPORTANT: This Warranty Certificate is only valid when accompanied by the respective copy of the Invoice.
