The Diablo Robust Handlebars have a design inspired by the “ape hanger” that appeared in the 70's. But their upper lines refer to horns and incorporate a diabolical style to the look. In short, it is a taller handlebar that also offers a lot of comfort for riding and guarantees personality and striking presence. The ideal height (added to the risers) is at most in line with the rider's shoulders, thus providing greater prominence for the bike and of course, leaving you in evidence wherever you go.
In order to not harm the motorcycle's frontal aesthetics, it already has internal channels to hide the electrical wiring, ensuring a clean and sophisticated look. It also has an electronic accelerator fitting, adapting to motorcycle models that already have this feature.
In welding, the TIG process is used, this is a process widely used in the aerospace industry and stands out for offering great resistance, quality of finish, and safety in severe conditions of use.
The bending process used to make these handlebars uses strategic tools to avoid deformation of the tube and weakening of the curves, ensuring the product's safety.
Wings manufacture this handlebar in 304 INOX tube with a diameter of 1.1/4 "inches with a wall of 3 mm, much more rigid and immune to rust because it is a stainless steel alloy with a high content of chromium.
Stainless steel models are hand-polished to an extremely reflective mirror finish with an end result similar to chrome, but with the durability of stainless steel.
