Welding
The TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding process is used in welding and is widely used in the aerospace industry due to its significant advantages. One of the main advantages of the TIG process is its ability to offer high strength in welded joints. Furthermore, the TIG process is known for providing excellent finishing quality. The resulting weld is clean, uniform and aesthetically pleasing. The TIG process offers safety in severe conditions of use and allows greater precision and control in the process.
Paint Finish
During the painting process, we carry out detailed pre-treatment to remove impurities, ensuring optimal adhesion. We use polyester electrostatic paint technology from the Politherm 26 family, providing excellent adhesion, flexibility, and high physical and chemical resistance. This paint is weather resistant, preventing yellowing over time, ensuring a durable finish on the handlebars. In addition to the aesthetic benefits, the process is more sustainable, as it does not use volatile chemical solvents, minimizing negative environmental impacts in the painting process.
Riser
We highlight that our handlebars are meticulously manufactured to suit the riser diameter you choose at the time of purchase. If you have the original factory riser, just select the Factory Standard option. It is not possible to make changes after production begins, therefore, we recommend paying attention when selecting the measurement option for your riser. Beautiful bars and solid cables
Almost didn't order these at first because wasn't expecting the company to be based in Brazil, and it was throwing security alerts with my bank when I'd try to use my card to pay. Once I did my research and confirmed everything was legit, I made the purchase and really glad I did. Put these on my 2014 Road King CVO and love them! The craftsmanship was perfect without a blemish anywhere on the bars and running new lines through the bars (phone charger, new twist grip sensor) was easy thanks to the larger diameter bars. The brake line I was initially sent was the wrong one for my ABS-equipped bike, but Natanie and team were easily reached thru the live chat feature on the website and getting that sorted was a super easy and fairly quick considering international shipping was involved. After getting the right brake line, I had a couple questions that I couldn't easily find answers to on the site. Natanie was patient and professional and got me the answers I needed. Since then, I've noticed updates on the site that answer those questions (or maybe they were there the whole time and I'm just blind). Bottom line, these bars look and feel great and I'd recommend to anyone that's shopping for bars and on the fence between these and any of the 1.5" bars out there on the internet, do yourself a favor and get these.
