Wings manufactures this handlebar from 1.1/2" diameter SAE 1020 carbon steel tube with 2.65mm thick wall with excellent strength.
In the painting, a pre-treatment of the surface is carried out where all the impurities are removed to guarantee the perfect anchoring of the paint. Then powder painting is done with polyester electrostatic paint from the Politherm 26 family, which guarantees excellent adhesion, flexibility, high physical resistance, good chemical resistance, excellent resistance to weathering and yellowing.
