The back cushion is developed in synthetic leather with good water resistance, the foam has a high density ensuring comfort and durability for much longer.
In welding, the TIG process is used, widely used in the aerospace industry. It stands out for offering greater resistance, quality of finish and safety in severe conditions of use.
Black:
In the painting, a pre-treatment of the surface is carried out, where all impurities are removed, ensuring the perfect anchoring of the paint. Then the powder painting is done with polyester electrostatic paint from the Politherm 26 family which has excellent adhesion, flexibility, high physical resistance, good chemical resistance, excellent resistance to weathering and yellowing.
Polished Stainless Steel:
Stainless steel models are hand-polished to an extremely reflective mirror finish with an end result similar to chrome, but with the durability of stainless steel. Immune to rust because it is a stainless steel alloy with a high chromium content.
