Made of SAE 1020 carbon steel with TIG welding process, which is widely used in the aerospace industry. It stands out for offering greater resistance, quality of finish and safety in severe conditions of use.
In painting, a pre-treatment of the surface is carried out, where all impurities are removed, guaranteeing the perfect anchoring of the paint. Then, the powder coating is done with electrostatic polyester paint from the Politherm 26 family, which has excellent adhesion, flexibility, high physical resistance, good chemical resistance, excellent resistance to weathering and yellowing.
