Welding

Finish
The stainless steel handlebar undergoes a pretreatment to remove impurities, ensuring proper paint adhesion. The black finish is applied using Politherm 26 series electrostatic polyester powder coating, offering excellent adhesion, flexibility, and high physical and chemical resistance. The paint is weather-resistant, preventing yellowing and wear over time. The process uses no volatile solvents, making the finish more sustainable and durable.
Riser
Please note that this handlebar is exclusively compatible with 1" diameter risers. Our handlebars are manufactured strictly to this measurement, ensuring a precise fit and secure installation. We do not alter the diameter after production has begun, so please confirm that your riser is 1" before completing your purchase.
